In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and
email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Please know that
this is a business opportunity in which you will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in
the industry for cruises, resort stays, and events.
Responsibilities
● Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the
industry
● Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations
around the globe
● Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
● Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages
for clients
● - Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing
inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.
