In addition to maintaining confidentiality, the candidate should possess strong communication skills, be willing to take direction from case managers, and have the ability to understand and assist in implementing programming designed to meet the specific needs of students as outlined in their Individual Education Plans.Qualifications: High School Diploma, Paraprofessional Certification, Bachelor's degree preferred.
