Team Member Job Duties: Must be willing able and excited to keep everything sparkling clean, maintain yogurt and topping levels, operate a cash register, cut and prep fruit, make cakes, wash dishes, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, clean machines, clean restrooms, and even wear the Menchies costume. Menchies is a fun place but team members will be on their feet all shift long and will be moving the entire time. Qualifications: We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and friendly individuals to create a fun family atmosphere. Most important, a bright smile and cheerful attitude to greet our guests and offer them an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind experience Benefits: Competitive pay. Team members/shift leaders will receive free shift yogurt and free uniform. Team members/shift leaders will have early opportunities for pay increases, lead roles up to store level management. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available. We will work with your schedule as much as possible. Previous food or retail experience is a plus. All team members/shift leaders will be thoroughly trained and educated in all aspects at our Menchies. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour.
