The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for operational efficiency and sustainable sourcing practices. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Supply Chain will play a crucial role in driving our brand's continued success and growth. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, inventory management, and distribution logistics. Optimize procurement processes to minimize costs while maximizing quality and sustainability.Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes and systems to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve profitability. Lead and mentor a diverse team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
