The Director of Information Technology needs to have a strong collaborative nature and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization.

The Director of Information Technology will bring expertise, strong project management skills, and be committed to our mission to help people find and follow Jesus. Our Director of Information Technology will need to be a strong communicator, explaining concepts in clear and understandable ways for people who have a wide range of familiarity, comfort, or understanding of technology. The Director of Information Technology will take initiative and recommend changes to improve efficiency and save the ministry money. Our ideal candidate will understand the big picture and manage the minute details, be willing to do whatever it takes to support our teams, and handle change and conflict in a Christ-like manner.
