Menorah Park is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Beachwood, OH
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st and 2nd shift: to join our team! The Maintenance Technician is an essential part of our team and will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of numerous items and systems within the facility. Duties will include basic plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and HVAC. Willing to train the right candidate.
Essential Qualifications:::
- Must have a minimum 1 (one) year experience
- Must possess the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Must be physically able to complete the assigned tasks related to this job description.
- Must be capable of communicating with supervisors, staff, residents and families in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Must be sensitive to the needs of the older adult.
- Must pass criminal background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record in accordance with current insurance underwriting standards
