132 Bed Facility Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility.
We have a Full Time and a Part Time position available.
$8000 SIGN ON FOR FULL TIME AND $4000 FOR PART TIME
EVERY OTHER SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 7A-7P AND 3P-11P 3 DAYS A WEEK
OR
3 NIGHTS 11P-7A DURING THE WEEK AND 7P-7A EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service on their respective unit.
Work involves managing the care of residents of their respective unit from admission to discharge.
To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, members of the interdisciplinary team, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
To use independent judgement, initiative and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team member
Manage IV Medications and pass medications on occassions
