We are seeking a dedicated Drop-In Center Program Manager to oversee our vital services and make a real impact on the lives of others. In this role, you'll wear many hats, from leading and mentoring staff to providing direct support and resources to consumers.

• Oversee staff, ensuring quality services and a supportive environment.
• Advocate for consumers, helping them access resources and build fulfilling lives.
• Facilitate peer support groups and empower individuals in their recovery goals.
• Connect consumers with vital community resources like housing and employment services.

Who are you?

• A passionate individual with a lived experience in recovery.
• A licensed social worker or case manager (preferred).
• A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A resourceful problem-solver with a commitment to consumer empowerment.
