Job DescriptionOur case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team. The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child/adolescent and family
Active collaboration with community providers and services
Using therapeutic skills
Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record
Requirements: Working with children and families providing case management preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently.

QualificationsMust possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy. EducationBachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university. Skills And Competencies
