MentalHelp.Global is a non-profit organization that has developed an open-source AI model to provide mental health support globally. The organization's pilot launch will begin in Ukraine, with servers in each country where the AI is deployed. MentalHelp.Global aims to complement traditional therapeutic care, track impact and mental health metrics, and bridge accessibility gaps in therapy.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Director of Development at Mental Help Global. The Director of Development will be responsible for planned giving, annual giving, philanthropy, budgeting, and fundraising activities to support the organization's mission and growth.
Qualifications
- Planned Giving and Annual Giving expertise
- Experience in Philanthropy and Budgeting
- Fundraising skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the non-profit sector, especially in mental health advocacy, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Non-profit Management, or related field
