Job Title: Tenant Liaison Associate

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Tenant Liaison Associate with a focus on mental health at Mental Wellness Center, you play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive living environment for tenants diagnosed with mental health conditions. This involves providing emotional support, collaborating with mental health professionals, and ensuring effective communication between tenants, property management, and relevant stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
· Empathy & Compassion: your personal and professional experience in mental health equips you to approach tenant support with a genuine and empathetic mindset, understanding the unique challenges they face.
· Effective Communication: you demonstrate strong communication skills to facilitate positive interactions among tenants, property management, and stakeholders.
· Problem-Solving Mindset: you exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach to assist tenants in navigating resources and overcoming obstacles.
· Knowledge of Behavioral Health: you possess knowledge of behavioral health issues, recovery, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders for tenant support.
· Resourcefulness: you are resourceful in identifying and utilizing community resources to create a supportive living environment.
· Professional Conduct: you uphold professional conduct, including knowledge of rights and confidentiality concerns, such as HIPAA for protected health information.

· Bilingual Literacy in Spanish and English is preferred, not required.

SALARY
The hourly base pay range for this role is between $24.00 - $31.30.
