We are looking for Software Developer capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility.
Responsibilities Include
- Maintaining and improving existing software applications
- Maintaining the code repository
- Transferring applications from legacy languages to modern/supported languages
- Developing new applications with clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Assisting electrical engineers with advanced programing on crane communication systems
- Assisting IT department in troubleshooting applications
- Applications include:
- MRP/ERP systems
- Microsoft SQL, MySQL, DynamoDB databases
- Proprietary calculations programs including user interfaces
- Interfaces between multiple softwares
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to program in C#, JavaScript, React, and Typescript
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
