We are seeking a part-time HR Specialist with a strong background in Human Resources or as a Recruiter/Headhunter. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in conducting interviews and providing career coaching, with a deep understanding of interview standards for STEM-related positions.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years of experience in interviewing candidates and providing career coaching.
- Extensive knowledge of STEM-related job interview standards.
- Previous work experience in one of the following industries: Finance, Investment, High Tech, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates and provide actionable feedback.
- Ability to work 100% remotely.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting interviews with our students.
- Providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Tailoring interview strategies to align with the standards of STEM-related positions.
- Offering career coaching and guidance to help candidates improve their job search strategies and overall employability.
