Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with the preparation of bid proposals, presentations, and notifications (contract renewals, RFP's/bids, airport permits etc.).
• Ensuring the profitability of our existing and new contracts.
• Review of contracts to guarantee its accuracy regarding pricing and service standards.
• Secure new business, develop opportunities and retain existing profitable business.
• Understand and develop the Menzies Aviation Ground Handling and Fuel product portfolios.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term commercial/sales plans.
• Monitor and analyze the Ground Handling and Fuel markets to monitor trends and competitor’s activity.
• Assist with any regional tasks and opportunities, which may arise on an Ad hoc basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Commercial experience preferred within the Ground Handling Business, Fueling or Commercial Airline Industry.
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field / Academic degree.
• Skilled in written and oral communication.
• Experienced in preparing and writing important notifications.
• Proven track record of contract gains and business development.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours.
• A hands-on mentality with very good communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to travel.
