The Role:As an International Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients' international tax strategy and services. You will lead the international tax practice, advising multinational clients on complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to optimise their tax positions.
Salary:The position offers a salary in the range of £120,000 - £150,000.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on international tax advisory projects, and tax planning, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global tax strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, fostering growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant and capitalise on tax-efficient strategies.
• Collaborate with other service lines and business areas to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' comprehensive financial needs.

Key Experience:

• Experience in international taxation within a reputable accounting or advisory firm.
• Strong technical expertise in global tax matters, including transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and international tax planning.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
