**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Digital Retail Sales Consultant must provide a superior and effortless customer experience while selling new & pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles via ecommerce.

As Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Digital Retail Sales Consultant, you will provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork.

Monitor and respond to all ecommerce customer inquiries regarding the lease and purchase of new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Conduct all transactions according to Mercedes Benz Manhattans core values, integrity code and sales audit compliance.

Greet, qualify, and land prospect on vehicle of interest, identify terms of sale, calculate lease and purchase options.

Ensure Momentum CRM is updated with all prospect information, email and mailing address. Complete all necessary follow-up in a timely manner, providing an Effortless Experience.

Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to: identifying vehicle which best suits their needs, presenting quotations, procuring any and all documentation for financing, and supplying Sales Manager Digital Retail with accurate deal specifications, turn deal over to Sales Manager Digital Retail for closing.

Configure vehicles to customer specification on order vehicles, continual customer follow-up regarding order status.

Prepare and send written communication/documentation for timely transactions.

Sell/lease as many vehicles as required by MBM's annual minimum standards for digital retail sales.

Learn and maintain product knowledge on all Mercedes-Benz Models.

Follow up on deliveries and CEP surveys, and ask customer for referrals.

Maintain required Standards of Excellence certification status.

Digital Retail Sales Consultant must be able to commute to and from location of Manhattan dealership.

Ensure MercedesMe activation completed by Delivery Specialist.

The Digital Retail Sales Consultant must be articulate, enthusiastic self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, positive attitude and excellent work ethics, strong follow-up/organization skills/detail-oriented, ability to perform in fast-paced environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**

* High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.

* Must have 3 - 5 years of luxury vehicle sales experience.

* General Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

* Must be able to work weekends.

* Work Holidays when required.

* Must have valid driver's license.

* Must be able to withstand physical demands of the job
