- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year Experience in Customer Service Position.
- Automotive Knowledge Required.
- Quality Focus, Productivity, and Product Solving.
- Strong Teamwork, Communication Skills and multitasking.
- Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships.
- Can work in a fast-pace environment, organized and can manage time efficiently.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts to all available customers – over the counter, through the shop or on the phone while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly professional manner
- Read and understand parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
- Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels
