Our Service ASM Trainee is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. This position will train in the duties and responsibilities of an Service Advisor, by assisting the Service Advisor in the performance of his/her duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists the Service Advisors in the performance of his/her duties including meeting and greeting clients, writing up the repair order, and communicating with the client.
• Assists valets in their duties Learns the maintenance schedule
• Learns warranty policies and procedures
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
• Knows and understands Ewing Automotive Group Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirements
• Attends weekly department meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Customer service-oriented and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and tend to several clients at once
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Excellent communication, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates inside an automotive dealership environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
• Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
• Requires occasional driving. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Must pass motor vehicle check, background check and drug screening.
