There are 3 tiers of Employment:

Tier 1: 36 hours a week is considered full-time salaried employee. They earn $42K a year salary. These employees will receive Health Insurance, 10 days of vacation, 5 personal days, and 2 sick days.

Tier 2: 30 hours a week. These employees will receive 10 vacation days.

Tier 3: Under 29 hours per week. 2 sick days.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Assistants to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide therapeutic intervention for children who need assistance managing their anger and frustration tolerance. As well as, children in need of assistance learning to cope with Depression and Anxiety.

Candidates should have a desire to help children and teens improve their mental health through behavioral and therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
