Job Summary – Tele-sales Representative responsible for selling laboratory products over the phone using a consultative selling approach.

• Requirements & Experience
• Prior full time tele-sales experience preferred
• Prior CRM experience a plus
• A commitment to customer service and consultative selling
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Typing experience up to 50 wpm, and ability to pass a typing test
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Meet or exceed sales quota
• Adhere to attendance policy
• Meet productivity requirements, including dials, phone time, task management, and other activities & KPIs determined by management
• Manage sales pipeline, and grow database by at least 15% annually
• Participate in group and individual training & coaching sessions
• Place cold calls and prospect for new business
• Manage existing clients
• Update database / CRM accurately
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Attend event and tradeshows as requested by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
