Major functions include, but are not limited to:

• Developing mutually beneficial relationships with the specification community as well as electrical and general contractors so Mercer Zimmerman is the agency of choice for lighting and controls products and services.
• Providing service and support to customers during design, construction, and post-project completion.
• Coordinating sales efforts with the inside quotations and project management team.
• Partnering with Project Managers to create submittals and conduct pre-construction meetings.
• Conducting technical and product training in the territory or at our manufacturers’ facilities.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5” years of related experience in the construction/electrical field is a plus.
