We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Recruiter to source, recruit and hire top sales talent for our Swipe4Free product. Swipe4Free is the nation’s number one dual pricing and surcharging platform. Established in 2015, Swipe4Free lets you keep all of your profits by eliminating your credit card processing fees through our dual pricing platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales recruitment, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top outside sales professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks.
• Partner with HR to extend offers and manage onboarding process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate status.
• Provide regular updates to the HR and sales leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience high volume recruitment of outside sales professionals.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong understanding of the qualities that make a successful sales professional.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

This position offers a base salary of USD $50,000-75,000 annually plus bonuses. A comprehensive benefits package includes:
