Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian/maintenance technician with floor stripping and waxing experience to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants, and respond to work order requests that require various skills such as carpentry, painting and furniture assembly.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Stripping and waxing of floors (as requested), buffing, and polishing.
- Handle commercial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed
- Conduct painting and carpentry tasks when required

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in custodial and janitorial services
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including stripping and waxing
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in industrial settings
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
