The successful Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, addressing minor repairs, and facilitating apartment turnovers to maintain high standards. As a member of the maintenance team, you'll be instrumental in upholding cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a hazard-free environment for our residents.
Additionally, our location offers convenient access to public transit, Bus #25 stops right in front of the property. To support our team members' commuting needs, Mercy Housing provides a $30.00 subsidy toward commuter fees.
