Overview:

Responsible for operating a computerized console (switchboard) to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls. Monitors hospital safety alarms. Serves as an answering service for physicians and on-call personnel.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous switch board experience.
• Required Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Additional languages preferred. Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products.
