Overview:
Mercy is currently seeking applications for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time, part-time, day shift, and night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address. Facilities available include:

• Springfield
• Joplin
• Carthage
• Aurora
• Cassville
• Mountain View
• Lebanon
• Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO)

Currently, the only units available in this role are Med Surg (Days and Nights) and ICU (Nights) . Candidates able to work night shift are heavily encouraged to apply! Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available!
*Weekend Option positions are eligible for up to an additional $10.00/hour differential!*
Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years RN experience
• Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program
• License: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
