Skills and Abilities•Effectively performs scheduled floor cleaning which includes stripping, scrubbing, finishing, shampooing, and extracting in a timely manner (includes working other shifts for annual floor maintenance) following all unit specific guidelines giving attention to detailed areas such as baseboards, corners, carpet stains, etc. Clean equipment after use.•Performs spot cleaning of carpets and carpet bonneting, extraction of carpet, burnishing, and wet/dry vacuum. Operates, understands, and maintains all equipment (i.e. extractors, vacuums, wet vac, burnisher, flatbed, etc.) in a safe and professional manner. Clean equipment after use and ensure batteries are charged.Special Physical DemandsThe Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. This is considered very heavy work. While performing the duties of this job, the partner is regularly required to perform repetitive motions related to the following: stand, walk, finger, handle, feel, grasp, push, pull and reach with hands and arms. The partner is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The partner is frequently required to climb (using step stool or ladder), balance and stoop, kneel, twist, bend, crouch, or crawl.
