May perform quality reviews and analysis to support internal controls, monitor employee performance and assist in staff development, retention and selection.

What We Are Looking ForEducation [formal]:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum Six months of post high school education required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of internal patient registration, billing or medical experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology desired.
- Customer service background is required.
- Working knowledge of computer operations and electronic interfaces is required
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Computer/PC experience/skills are required.
- Typing (40 words per minute) or data entry skills (50-60 keystrokes per minute) required.
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written, interpersonal skills are necessary in dealing with internal and external customers, including the ability to interpret customer requirements, recommend and take action to satisfy the customer's needs.
- Accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skill required.
