Meridian Automotive is a full-service automotive repair shop located in Meridian, Idaho. We are rated A by the BBB and are AAA Approved. Position Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and dispatching all work throughout service bays.
  • Maximizing Technician efficiency per labor hour.
  • Maximizing sales and service bays revenue by executing Service Bay Program.
  • Meeting or exceeding the average repair order sales and hours sold.
  • Customer sales and service
  • Developing and implementing system and procedural enhancements at this location that will improve efficiency and operating results.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles receive a thorough digital Vehicle Inspection-Via tablet.
  • Utilize software systems for communication between departments.
  • Utilizing Scheduler and forward-scheduling customers for their next visit.
  • Safeguarding all Company assets including receivables, assets and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements - OSHA.
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee handbook.
  • Ensure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order.
  • Ensure technicians have the resources needed to do their job.
  • Ensure all technicians keep ASE, A/C, emissions, certifications current.
  • Maintain a personal positive attitude and positive communications at all times.
  • Maintain a supportive/cooperative line of communication with all members of this location staff.
  • Act in a professional manner suitable as to represent a quality organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting the characteristics of honesty and integrity.
Applicants Must Possess
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
  • Five years’ work experience in local automotive customer service and service sales.
  • Supervisory or management experience in automotive customer service.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
  • Experience in After market automotive software application preferred, but not required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management degree is preferred.
  • Clean driving record, 3 points or less
  • Typing: 45 WPM
  • Tobacco Free
  • Positive attitude
  • The ability to work as a team
  • Able to pass background check
  • A strong work ethic
