Meridian Behavioral Health is Hiring a TMA (Licensed Practical Nurse) - 3rd shift Near Owatonna, MN
Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $19/hr. up to $1.50 shift differential
Shift Available
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am 8-hour shifts/other other weekend (30 hours per week)
- Provide appropriate nursing services and education to clients.
- Observe, record, and reports to the appropriate person any symptoms, reactions and changes in a client’s condition.
- Receives and transcribes physician order to client charts.
- Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care.
- Participate in report at shift change.
- Complete scheduled weekly updates.
- Complete scheduled chart audits.
- Maintain compliance with the Minnesota Department of Health regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous TMA experience preferred
