Collaborates on the development of provider and staff schedules
Collaborates with Behavioral Health management team to ensure integration and person-centered care
Oversees Opioid Treatment Program medical operations and compliance
Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Provides ongoing supervision and assistance to medical staff
Collaborate on overall medical operations and activities
Assists in the implementation of new procedures and workflows through staff education and demonstration
Collaborates with compliance team on audits and data collection as instructed
Assist with policy and procedure compliance, coordination of staff meetings, trainings, and continued education
Performs medical procedures as needed
Assist leadership with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of medical staff by department
Provides organizational support to ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements, medical standards, quality programming etc.
Take "on call" on rotating basis, work the floor and cover shifts when needed
Work with management team to improve the quality of patient care provided by the team
Ensures cleanliness and professionalism of facility
Qualifications For a Medical Manager
LPN or RN
Strong Customer service skills and supervisory experience preferred
Electronic Health Records experience required
Experience in Primary Care and/or Behavioral Health fields preferred.
