LEASING CONSULTANT
Position Overview
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and administrative duties as well as maintaining positive relationships with the residents within the apartment community. They should have strong organizational and communication skills, be dependable and self-motivated. They also must have excellent people skills. This candidate will be cross trained to work at two local communities and will assist with leasing and administrative duties associated with both communities. Must be willing to travel between two local communities as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will need to travel from floor to floor and will need to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee will also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery and regularly be required to communicate effectively with others. Occasional lifting may be required.
