Meridian Inc seeks a candidate with a strong passion for elevating and enhancing brand image and reputation.

As a Brand Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and promoting a variety of Brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Create captivating in-store displays and layouts that reflect and reinforce our brand identity.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to engage customers and boost brand visibility.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain product availability and quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure that all in-store materials, from signage to employee attire, align with our brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze in-store brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the store management team and corporate brand coordinators to maintain brand alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, retail management, or a related field preference
• Experience in retail, visual merchandising, or brand coordination roles a plus
• Strong creative and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
