Merit Hearing is Hiring a Clinical Audiologist Near Des Moines, IA

Our mission is to increase access to affordable hearing aids and to provide honest, high-quality hearing healthcare to our patients. We are searching for a clinical audiologist to join our team. We are looking for an audiologist to work out of West Des Moines and Ankeny offices.

Some responsibilities would include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Selecting and ordering hearing aids
  • Fitting, adjusting, and educating patients on their hearing aids
  • Real ear measures
  • Documentation and record keeping as required
  • Repairing and cleaning hearing aids
  • Common testing includes pure tone air & bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, speech recognition, and OAE's

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Audiologist in Iowa
  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in Iowa
  • Independent, reliable worker
  • Organized
  • Strong clinical skills
