We are a fast-growing construction company located in the DFW area. We strive to continually provide excellent roofing service to our customers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Our thriving Service & Maintenance Department is looking for an organized and energetic administrator to assist the Service Management Team in all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department. This position will work as a liaison to help manage growth, meet our customers’ needs and respond to the high volume of service requests that come in daily. The ideal candidate will be able to think and act quickly and professionally to keep up with the fast-paced service department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor shared email address and phone system to receive and generate new work orders.

· Receive check-in/ check-out calls/text message from our technicians in the field and provide technicians needed information as request.

· Help monitor and update the work order status and schedule as needed.

· Keep track of all customer requests and respond to all customer's calls and emails and keep them up to date with any changes to the work order schedule.

· Coordinate with Service Department members to issue, record Purchase Order and perform phone sale.

· Record Purchase Order cost to internal scheduling systems per job.

· Assist in generating filed service pictorial and provide customer updates in a timely manner.

· Assist in generating weekly vendor report for active projects.

· Communicate regularly with team membrane regarding operations, including performance issues and customer concerns.

· Verify and review completed work orders and translate any technical roofing terms into complete, professional sentences that can be sent to the customer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· College Degree Preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality

· Responsive, self-motivated and willingness to lean is a plus

· The ability to complete tasks on a timely basis is a critical requirement

· This position requires a strong work ethic and follow-through

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes as projects evolve

· Roofing or construction experience preferred
