Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Meritus Signature Homes is seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the construction process
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with clients and construction team
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between all parties involved
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in client management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
Salary: $38.000 to $50,000 yearly
