Merkley Partners is seeking a social media super-user with 4-5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns as well as managing staff members for a new Pharma account win. In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience in the Paid Social world to help deliver industry-leading paid social solutions to a diverse client-base. A successful candidate will be a conscientious and organized team-player who is excited about social media, eager to learn, and ready to identify unique solutions for our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Director in development of paid social media platform and campaign strategies
Manage Associates and other managers in campaign set-up and ad builds within native platforms– QA all work
Analyze campaign data to identify optimizations and provide impactful recommendations
Check in on campaign performance
Help to build out full year plans and recommendations
Develop and present insightful client reporting materials
Build format and collaborate on client facing decks
Work with team on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting needs
Work with team on collaboration with Ad Ops teams to ensure proper pixel implementation and tracking of URLs
Collaborate with internal and external agency partners to help facilitate and steward creative trafficking workstreams
Assist and participate in ongoing collaborative meetings with platform partners, cross-agency team and clients
Identify emerging social media trends and monitor digital landscape updates that may impact client-base
Help streamline ongoing and future workstreams, understanding the full breadth of campaign planning, execution and reporting, all the way through to monthly billing
Desired Qualifications
4-5 years of experience across paid social media campaign execution within native ad managers (experience buying across FB/IG is imperative)
Management of at least 1-2 team members
Experience working with advanced targeting tactics in various capacities
Experience speaking on client calls and all client facing forms of communication
Comfort using Excel for data analysis and budget management
Advanced deck building skills and experience in power point
Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail
Natural team player and problem solver
Strong excellent written and verbal communication skills
Genuine enthusiasm and excitement for social media including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat
