Job Summary:

As a Facilities Assistant at Merlin Auto Group, you are essential to the seamless operation and upkeep of our three facilities. Your role ensures that our premises reflect the high standards synonymous with our brand, providing a clean, organized, and inviting environment for both our team and valued clients.

Duties:

• Perform general facilities maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and inspections
• Oversee the upkeep of exterior and interior common areas, including waste management and debris removal.
• Ensure the offices, client-facing areas, and restrooms are immaculately maintained, reflecting our brand’s image.
• Maintain beverage and supply levels across all kitchen and refreshment areas, ensuring they are fully stocked and neatly organized.
• Provide logistical support by running errands as needed, which includes transporting parts and vehicles.
• Provide logistical support during company events or meetings, such as setting up furniture, arranging rooms, and clearing spaces afterward.
• Keep track of maintenance supplies, office supplies, and kitchen stocks, placing orders or alerting the management when supplies are low.
• Assist with the monitoring of security cameras and ensure that all security protocols are followed, enhancing the safety of the premises.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability in facility maintenance or related roles, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of physical tasks and operating maintenance equipment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and self-motivated, with a proven track record of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
