We are hiring for a full time Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge position that would include some Day shifts (7am-3pm) & some Evening shifts (3pm-11pm). Family means everything to us. Our Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for:
Greeting all visitors.
Answering the telephone & directing those calls within the building.
Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
Light Housekeeping, Trash removal, Keeping the Front Lobby Clean & Presentable.
Helping Resident with any needs, questions, or care services they feel necessary.
Providing administrative support to all departments on an as needed basis.
If you are someone with:
A High School diploma or GED
Three years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)
A Minimum of Three year’s customer service experience.
Prior multi-line phone experience.
