Merrimack autism consultants is Hiring an Office Manager/Intake assistant - Lawrence Near Lawrence, MA

Job DescriptionPay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 depending on experienceVARIES HOURS AVAILABLEHours: Full time 8:30-430pm, 8am - 1pm or 12:30 - 5pm Monday through FridayOffice Administrative Assistant Duties And Responsibilities
  • Build referral relationships with the community and local physicians through networking
  • Helping build client waitlist through outreach efforts
  • Assist in scheduling google calendar appointments for all admin and HR staff
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Directing visitors to the correct office
  • Helping with staff recruiting
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support at an autism center during operation hours
  • Maintain the office environment daily in a clean and organized way
  • Answer phone calls and mange the phone lines
Required Experience
  • Management Experience (minimum 1year)
  • Recruiting or Sales background (minimum 1year)
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish or Portuguese speaking)
  • Experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant
  • Experence in a Medical/Clinical/School setting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
