Job DescriptionPay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 depending on experienceVARIES HOURS AVAILABLEHours: Full time 8:30-430pm, 8am - 1pm or 12:30 - 5pm Monday through FridayOffice Administrative Assistant Duties And Responsibilities
Build referral relationships with the community and local physicians through networking
Helping build client waitlist through outreach efforts
Assist in scheduling google calendar appointments for all admin and HR staff
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Directing visitors to the correct office
Helping with staff recruiting
Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide support at an autism center during operation hours
Maintain the office environment daily in a clean and organized way
Answer phone calls and mange the phone lines
Required Experience
Management Experience (minimum 1year)
Recruiting or Sales background (minimum 1year)
Bi-lingual (Spanish or Portuguese speaking)
Experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant
Experence in a Medical/Clinical/School setting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule
