Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 production associates.
- Monitor and adjust machine components to guarantee optimal production.
- Oversee and enforce product quality checks before packaging.
- Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met by the team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Review work orders in detail, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution.
- Keep up with industry trends and innovations to enhance team performance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
