Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A driver to join our team as a Driver. The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner. This role requires a valid CDL A license and a strong commitment to both safety and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation
- Plan routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines, considering traffic and weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, logistics team, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or damages promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery activities, including mileage, fuel, and other relevant information
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
