Job Summary:
The Quality & Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to support the learning and development needs of the employees. The Quality & Training Specialist will play a key role in assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and delivering effective training solutions to enhance employee performance and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, participant registration, and tracking of training attendance and completion.
• Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training plans to address the learning objectives of employees.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using a variety of formats and methodologies.
• Regularly conduct quality control checks at clients residence and businesses.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, delivering engaging and interactive presentations to maximize learning outcomes and participant engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative approaches and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to training staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
• Manage and investigate claims made on goods.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in training and development or management and leadership.
• Experience in the moving and storage industry.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners across diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess training needs, measure training effectiveness, and evaluate program outcomes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, with a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to handle the demands of delivering training sessions and workshops over extended periods.
