Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor at Mesa Systems oversees loading, unloading, and warehouse organization. This role ensures efficient operations, effective communication with management, and maintains inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and inventory maintenance.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety and security standards are met.
• Communicate with General Manager regarding issues and workflow.
• Perform Warehouse Supervisor functions as well as Customer Service functions.
• Perform 100% of functions of Warehouse Supervisor role when it comes to the Extensiv 3PL Manager system
• Evaluate productivity and performance of warehouse staff to ensure successful completion of services.
• Ensure that all SLA’s for company and clients are being achieve with a 95% success rate
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Report Warehouse capacity levels weekly
• Update Converge
• Complete Monthly Safety Reports
• Liaise with clients and suppliers.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Experience (in house training provided)
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift 40 pounds.
• The ability to stay on your feet for 4 hours at a time.
• Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead.
