Performance Pay:Available annually
New hire experience:1% of the base hourly rate granted for each year of verified like experience (within ten years) beyond the requirement, up to a five-year maximum

OverviewTo provide video and editing services for the district in studio and on location to create innovative and high-quality production results.
Qualifications
- Two years college education or comparable experience in a related field preferred
- Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong videography skills with Canon Mark III 5D, Canon XC 15, Canon XA 35, or comparable professional video equipment
- Ability and experience to interpret video scripts from concept to completion
- Editing experience on the use of Final Cut 10, Motion, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote and other graphic software programs
- Computer proficiency and experience to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to learn new software programs
- Knowledge of and experience with audio, lighting, TV broadcasting and station programming, and still photography in studio and on location
- Ability to organize, prioritize, troubleshoot, meet deadlines and work quickly and accurately with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with students and district personnel at all levels
- Ability to upload content and maintain department website, YouTube channel, Facebook, and other social media
- Ability to organize multiple talent/subjects and coordinate the set-up of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and on location
- Ability to facilitate video-related workshops to teach students and district personnel
- Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 75 pounds
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Provide videography and editing services to create innovative and high-quality production results
- Provide production support for live television and internet streaming
- Provide video support for district departments and schools
- Regular and on-time attendance required
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective function of the work unit
- Conduct workshops and classes for video production as required by the district
- Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities
