We are a full-service public accounting firm that focuses on tax and audit and provides financial advisory and management services to businesses and individuals. Our firm is located in downtown Fort Worth and we have an immediate opening for a receptionist/administrative assistant in our office.
Job Description
- Serve as the firm's first impression through in-person and phone interaction
- Route calls
- Learn and implement billing procedures
- Provide general administrative support to accounting staff
- Manage schedules, calendars and certain email accounts using MS Outlook
- Maintain and organize files
- Manage building and tenant requests as they arise
- Team player
- Positive customer service attitude with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Working knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- College graduate preferred
- Experience in an accounting or financial services firm preferred
- Must pass FINRA background check
