Mesquite Independent School District is Hiring a Refrigeration Technician Near Mesquite, TX
Qualifications: The appointee must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The appointee must have a valid Texas drivers license and meet eligibility criteria to drive a Mesquite ISD vehicle. The appointee must have a Refrigerant Recovery license.
Preference Will Be Given To Applicants Who
- exhibit knowledge of methods, materials, tools, parts and techniques used in the installation, repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
- possess ability to trouble shoot electrical problems such as shorts, outages, faulty equipment or other electrical malfunctions.
- possess ability to read and interpret work manuals, blueprints, line drawings and schematics associated with equipment repair/replacement.
- possess effective communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
- have braising and soldering skills.
- posses knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- 3-5 years in the HVAC or refrigeration field.
