Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, project scheduling, and utilizing construction management software.

Duties:

- Manage and lead construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Review and approve project changes, budgets, and schedules
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders

Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar field required

- Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore
- Knowledge of industry tools like Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera
- Strong understanding of contract management and build processes
- Ability to oversee construction sites and ensure compliance with regulations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
