The responsibilities will include ensuring policies and procedures are in place and up to date, recruitment, maintaining compliance, supporting ER matters, learning and development facilitation and general HR responsibilities to support the growth of the business. The position will report to the COO and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
About YouPrevious HR generalist experience and strong employee relations skills is important.
Previous industry experience would be preferable but not essential. A passion for working in the aged care sector is important.
An interest in working in a stand-alone position managing the entire P&C function.
An ability to work 5 days in the office.
