We are seeking a dedicated Fiduciary Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business units. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in contested probate administration , trust administration , and guardianship cases .
• Handle will contests , address allegations of undue influence , and navigate competency questions related to estate planning documents.
• Resolve controversies in the making or administering of estate plans.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fiduciary litigation.
• Active State bar license in the corresponding state or willingness to obtain one promptly.
• JD with excellent academic credentials and a strong commitment to the community.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated exceptional judgment and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
